PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Oral presentation is 10 minutes total, including the Q&A part.
A widescreen projector will be used. Please make sure your PPT presentation slides are formatted to 16:9 aspect ratio (current PPT standard).
We encourage you to use the APASL 2026 templates provided HERE, but this is not required and you are free to use your own templates.
Keynote files are NOT supported. Therefore, it is highly recommended to convert your Keynote presentations to PowerPoint (PPT) presentations to make sure that there won't be any issues.
All presenters must check in to the Speakers' Ready Room at least 3 hours prior to their session time in order to upload their presentations. If the session is the first session in the morning, please upload your presentation(s) the day before. (You may see opening hours below)
If you have any videos embedded into your presentation, please make sure to upload the videos in the Speakers' Ready Room together with your presentations.
Presenter View might not be available. Please bring any notes you may need.
Please proceed to your session room 10-15 minutes before session start time to introduce yourself to the session chair(s) and familiarize yourself with the set-up.

Posters will be presented as the E-Posters in the designated E-poster area.
The E-Posters should be prepared as high-resolution PNG documents with the dimensions of 1080x1920px portrait format.
Kindly note that no presentation is required for E-Posters. All E-Posters will be displayed on the digital display boards located at the designated E-Poster area.
File size should be less than "90 MB" After preparing your e-poster.
Please log-in to the abstract system with your own credentials and upload the poster you have prepared through the relevant section there until March 30, 2026.
